We're halfway through 2025
Jul 02, 2025Well, just like that, we’re half way through 2025!
Now is the time to look at your numbers from the last quarter!
Why would you do that? I don’t know. Why would you do that? Only you know your why. Why you started this business. Why you serve who you do. Why you show up.
Remember your why. This will motivate you to dive into those numbers and let them speak to you. Make it fun! Put on some great tunes, dance a little, take some deep breaths. Knowledge is power and numbers are knowledge so there’s no need to dread it. Reframe it.
You don’t have to look at your numbers. You don’t have to do anything. But you get to. Lucky you.
I encourage you to get in there. They are just numbers. They won’t hurt you. But ignoring them certainly can.
Once you dig in, ask yourself: What’s working? What isn’t? Are there expenses that can be released, leaving more profits? What needs to shift for the next quarter (besides the tude! haha)?
