The game called Logistics and Scheduling
Apr 16, 2025Is it just me, or do you also feel like life could be summed up as: logistics and scheduling? Haha! The game called Logistics and Scheduling!
We juggle a lot. We do a lot. Between self-care (you are prioritizing self-care, right, hun?), running our households, family, friends, business, and whatever else we take time for, it is just a series of logistics and scheduling.
Recently, I was talking about prioritizing when the unexpected happens. This is an extension of that. I’m curious how the logistics and scheduling shift when the unexpected happen? Also, what are your non-negotiables? The items you absolutely won’t shift? How do you prioritize? Do you have a list of most important to least important? Or do you let the demands of others fill your time?
And how much room do you leave in your day for the unexpected? Are you scheduled out the wazoo? Or do you have scheduled breaks? Maybe a nap time? What about meal breaks? Cause we gotta eat! Movement? Meditation? Journaling? What about a time for scheduling your time?
If we can shift our beliefs around who and what take priority when organizing the logistics and scheduling, we move into greater flow, which eases the burden of it all.
The world is a lot right now. I believe we all deserve some ease and flow. Let me know if this helps you find yours.
